This variety is from the Czech Institute and is well suited for the garden and orchard planting. The tree is vigorous and produces large oval shaped nuts with a good sweet flavour. The nuts are ready for picking end of September.

The trees are especially suited for cooler and more exposed sites and where frost can be an issue. They are all to a degree self fertile.

The walnut  tree co now provides a tailor made machined tree stake 150 cm/50 mm, strong soft rubber tie and wire tree guard 2 ft by 2 ft . The cost of this complete pack is £15.00 inc. VAT for each tree station.
